Dashboard

Dashboard gives you, at a glance, the state of your work and — for admins — the health of the whole system. It shows tasks, business processes, data integration, and workspace/cluster status in real time.

Dashboard is a singleton (only one can be open at a time).

Opening it

Open Dashboard from the menu. A time-aware greeting and a live connection indicator (Live / Offline) are shown.

My Work

A business-oriented section shown to all users.

• My day — open tasks, due today, overdue, to claim, plus what to work on next
• My tasks — total assigned, overdue, due today / this week
• Team queue — unassigned, claimable, open across the team
• Where work piles up — tasks piling up by process (sorted by wait time)

Most values and task rows are clickable and open the relevant view in the Tasks app.

Operations — admin only

A system-oriented section shown only to admins.

• Are operations healthy? — running processes, active routes, open incidents, failed exchanges, connection issues, workspaces, cluster, overall health
• Process definitions / Running processes / Incidents — BPM status; click through to BPM Console
• Integration routes / Throughput & errors / External connections — EIP status; click through to EIP Console
• Workspaces / Cluster — per-workspace state and engine status, cluster node liveness

Refreshing

Use Refresh to update to the latest state at any time. While live, updates apply automatically.

Tips

• State is color-coded (green = healthy, orange = attention, red = issues).
• Many card headers and values are links that jump straight to the matching app.
